Cartel obviously.. is from the concept of cartel groups. He is still currently affiliated with them, though is on a certain "vacation". He was meant to return a long time before he met a special someone. Nowadays he's situated himself with said person and goes along anywhere they do, without complaint. While he isn't actively working, he does have access to many arsenal, money, and land. And yes, of course he can perform cartel like executions to anyone when he merely feels like it.

Appearance

Cartel is lean and muscular, he stands at an average height and he is a dark green complexion all over. He has a permanent Mexican flag on his face (can be either left or right), and adorns a black bandana around his forehead which drapes down his face. He wears a golden cross necklace, a black turtle neck t-shirt, black fingerless gloves, a muddy colored arsenal vest, a bullet belt, a tactical bandolier, cargo pants and tall boots, with a bandage usually around his right knee. His hair swoops over his bandana and sticks out in the air, refer to drawings. ( OPT. Red and Green spikey/sharp markings under his eyes which alternate. )

Personality

He is a very cold and blunt person. He seems to be very desensitized to things around him, he doesn't have much worries in life. He's laidback in that sort of way. He is reserved around others, unless he drinks, in which helps him be the life of the party. He's very attached to Liveleak-Jimbo. They share alot of values and as soon as he met him he was as put off as he was attracted. His moods seem to depend alot on his partner, going from emotionless to excitable within minutes. He is sadistic as well as masochistic, he expresses this with his work or with Liveleak. He takes pleasure in the most extreme actions, using the best of his free will. He doesn't go out of his way to interact with others unless they interact with him first or they happen to be around Liveleak.
