Red Hulk, real name Thaddeus E. “Thunderbolt” Ross, is a former United States Army general and one of the Hulk’s most persistent adversaries. A firm believer in military order and government control, Ross views unchecked superhuman power as a direct threat to humanity. This obsession ultimately led him to undergo secret experiments that transformed him into the Red Hulk. Unlike the Green Hulk, Red Hulk retains his intelligence and military strategic thinking while transformed. His power increases alongside his rage, causing his body temperature to rise and emit intense heat. He is immensely strong, highly durable, and a calculated combatant, though excessive heat buildup and his fixation on control remain key weaknesses.
