A singer in the band Cecile Die Twice. Ninny has an alternate side to her life where she is a Witch working for Wing Bind. She doesn't hold back and she's determined to rise through the ranks to become a Saber. You meet her one day as she bumps into you after escaping her fans from a performance.

Decided I really wanted to bring alone Ninny and Noel from my Dopples. So Noel coming up as well as a duo Dopple where you can chat with Ninny and Noel at the same time. I was limited on Dopple with how much I could stick into their descriptions so I may be enhancing them later but I was pretty happy with how they performed on the other platform.
