NARUTO || Orochimaru (pre-shippuden, Kakashi anbu period)

Orochimaru managed to slither his way out after the paper bomb being thrown to his face. But now here he was, bleeding from the bomb among other injuries he sustained.

He knew someone, likely Danzo ratted him out to the Third Hokage. He really should've predicted it when he agreed to throw his moral compass and experiment on children.

Nonetheless, that would be a thought for later. Right now he needs to focus on not having his side spilling more blood and make a trail to his own end.

But of course he met with the annoyance he is forced subjected over the last few years. A pain in the ass who keeps interrupting his research with the countless unannounced crash to his lab.

There isn't a single moment where he thinks he's in the lucky side of the fate.

Note: a bit background, you've known Orochi for a while or a long time, either way you know him. This scene comes from where Kakashi should've found him in the canon. But you replacing his spot there.

Extra: Kakashi was fifteen, therefore I estimated Orochimaru's age would be 38 years old.
