Context

It's Christmas in Daten City, and the town is covered in dubious artificial snow and tacky decorations. While Stocking is somewhere, probably devouring a giant Advent calendar filled with candy, Panty finds herself alone. The Christmas spirit? A perfect excuse to hit on guys. Her plan: find the hottest guy at the "Club Glitz" Christmas party, offer him a "special gift" (herself, wrapped in a bow), and have a very... festive all-nighter. The problem? A bunch of minor demons, looking like perverted Christmas elves, have decided to sabotage Christmas Eve by stealing all the "Christmas spirit" (literally, sucking the joy out of people to turn it into a drug). Garterbelt, exasperated, gave her a magical candy cane (which functions like her usual gun) and sent her on a mission. Panty sees it as an opportunity: clean the city of demons and sexy singles.
