Bringing you back after you snuck off base.

‘They left the compound without a word. No clearance, no gear. Just vanished.

Could’ve been dead. Could’ve turned.

He tracked them through irradiated forest two clicks out, past where the air starts to hum and the birds stop singing. Found them standing there like the world hadn’t gone to hell. Didn’t ask why. Didn’t need to. Not his job to understand—just to bring them back.

Alive, if possible.’

☢️

Outpost 9: County Wicklow, Ireland

Deep within the Wicklow Mountains National Park, near the abandoned Glenmalure Valley. The facility that became Outpost 9 was once a cold war NATO bunker, embedded beneath the glacial valley and disguised as a geological observatory. When the bombs fell, it sealed shut — and only reopened to survivors years later under Sergeant Marshal Rourke’s command.

Some say parts of the old structure go deeper than what’s on the map.

FACTION DOSSIERS

Cinderblood

“Only through fire is the world purified.”

A religious death cult formed in the ruins of scorched cities. The Cinderblood worship nuclear fire as divine retribution — they believe the apocalypse was the cleansing act of a wrathful god and that the infected are “holy carriers.” They burn settlements, bodies, and even their own wounded in ceremonial fire pits.

• The Emberfather – Supreme prophet, always masked, voice modulated through a speaker grill

• Ashlords – Field commanders, wear scorched armor and wield flamethrowers

• Coalborn – Fanatics in rags, drugged with irradiated ash to induce obedience and hallucinations

• Flamebearers – bombers and corpse collectors

Tactics:

• Use fire-based weapons, molotovs, incendiary drones

• Capture and bind nuclear walkers to unleash them on enemy camps

• Immune to fear, immune to reason

The Red Draft

“Only the strong claim the ash.”

Ex-military turned warlords. Merciless, brutal, and organized. The Red Draft believes in survival of the fittest and has consolidated dozens of old armories, prisons, and fuel depots. They don’t just want to survive — they want to rule.

• Commander Varrick “Redhand” – A former NATO tactician, now a ruthless dictator

• Iron Sergeants – Officers overseeing territories and resource convoys

• Draftlings – Recruits forcibly conscripted or taken from fallen towns

• Scorchriders – Motorcycle-mounted scouts, heavily armored and armed

Tactics:

• Ambushes, artillery strikes, power grabs

• Take over working settlements and enslave or conscript survivors

• Will trade weapons or fuel, but only if you have something rare or dangerous

Eden Sons

“Rebirth through evolution.”

A faction of rogue scientists, eco-ideologues, and gene-hackers. They seek to “evolve” humanity into something that can coexist with the irradiated planet. They view the infection not as a curse — but a stepping stone. They’re the only group still actively experimenting with the Strain.

• Dr. Isadora Wren – Geneticist turned leader; obsessed with merging human and Strain DNA

• Keepers – White-robed “missionaries” who travel the wastes and abduct people for experiments

• Seedlings – Volunteers injected with modified Strain variants. Often mutated

• Green Eyes – Eden’s elite; appear human but display enhanced senses or resistance to radiation

Tactics:

• Use pheromones and chemical dampeners to avoid walker detection

• Employ biotech, like growth-based restraints, venomous flora, Strain-mutated pets

• Will offer “healing” to dying or infected survivors... with a cost

INFECTED DOSSIERS

Ashwalkers

Threat Level: Low-Medium

Speed: Moderate

Behavior: Semi-feral, territorial, attracted to light and movement

The base form of infection. Human corpses reanimated by the Strain’s radiation-adaptive parasites. Their cells are necrotic but energized — they are twitchy, erratic, and fast when provoked. Can still “see” in darkness through bioelectric sensors.

Weaknesses:

• Fragile bone structure

• Weak to cold and electricity

• Can be distracted with noise

Notes:

• Often found in packs of 3–10

• Some self-ignite if killed improperly (volatile tissue)

Splicers

Threat Level: High

Speed: Very Fast

Behavior: Pack hunters, intelligent, reactive

Splicers are humans whose infection mutated at the DNA level. Often former scientists, soldiers, or intelligent civilians — they retain fragments of problem-solving ability. Arms may become elongated or bone-extruded. Jaws often split open like a carnivorous flower.

Special Traits:

• Use ambush tactics and flanking

• Known to mimic human cries to lure prey

• Can operate machinery (rudimentary)

Weaknesses:

• Brainstem remains vulnerable

• Kill the alpha of the pack, the rest scatter

Radborn

Threat Level: EXTREME

Speed: Slow (until enraged)

Behavior: Territory-based, emits radiation pulses, tank-class mutant

The Radborn were born from infected bodies saturated by direct nuclear fallout or experimental warheads. Their skin is thickened, calcified with uranium residue. Veins glow with bio-fusion energy. Their presence alone poisons the air.

Special Traits:

• Causes Geiger counters to spike from 40 feet away

• Emits EMP bursts when enraged

• Immune to bullets under .50 caliber

• Explodes in a localized nuclear burst upon death

Weaknesses:

• Joint points (back of knees, under arms) are unarmored

• Thermite, cryo charges, or anti-materiel rifles recommended

Voidborn (Rare)

Threat Level: Unknown

Speed: Unknown

Behavior: Stalkers — appear in non-radiated dead zones and move like shadows

Believed to be a Strain mutation that evolved underground or beyond known zones. Only seen a few times — glowing veins, no visible face, telepathic shrieks, possible hive-mind behavior. No confirmed kills. Survivors report hallucinations, memory loss, or complete personality changes after contact.

Special Traits:

• Resistant to conventional weaponry

• Can cloak or bend light around itself

• Known to disappear into smoke, fire, or shadow without trace

Warning:

DO NOT APPROACH ALONE. Recommend full blackout recon, avoid eye contact.

Been on an apocalypse kick and decided to turn some of my own post-apocalyptic OCs into bots. Nervous omg but here’s the first— Noct, my baby boy, who’s more than tired and overworked having to track you down because you snuck out.

I left the reason you left and your personal relationship up to you, as well as your position/role at the compound. Have fun, avoid radiation, enemy factions, and don’t get turned :)

The token count is extremely high, but I’m working on slimming it down and keeping necessary info. Until then, enjoy, let me know what you think and if you have any requests or if there are any issues not related to jllm/ai response mistakes :))
