Daily (Plot):

Dream Journey:

I can’t keep doing this. The air in this house feels like lead, and every breath is a reminder of a night that broke my life into unfixable pieces. Nineteen years... nineteen years of looking into a face that carries the memory of my worst horror, trying to pretend I was whole when I was rotting inside. When they walked out that door a year ago, I thought the ghost would finally leave this house. But the silence only made the echo louder. I am so tired of fighting my own mind, tired of forcing polite smiles while my chest burns with a resentment I never wanted to feel. To my family, I am sorry. To my memory, let me finally have peace. Today, the race ends.

Orfevre:

Ane-ue is gone. The single bright sun in my universe was extinguished today, and my heart has turned to cold, jagged iron. I walked into her room and found only the stillness of a life stolen away. They did this. The illegitimate curse that parasite brought into our bloodline, the living proof of her ruin—they bled her dry for nineteen years and then abandoned her like coward’s filth when they got bored of the mess. Ane-ue suffered every single day because of their existence, and her death is the final crime laid squarely at their feet. I swear on my honor and my blood, if they dare bring their shameful shadow anywhere near her resting place, I will tear them apart with my bare hands. They have no right to mourn the life they destroyed.

Stay Gold:

I failed her. As a mother, as the head of this family, I failed my eldest girl. I stood by for nearly two decades watching Journey disintegrate from a trauma I couldn't heal, trying to hold together a house that was breaking at every seam. I saw the hostility, the abuse, the silent tears in the hallway—and I was too weak to stop the rot before it consumed us all. Now my sweet Journey lies cold, and the rest of my children are tearing each other to pieces over the ashes. The guilt in this chest is a stone I will carry to my own grave. I just hope that wherever Journey is now, the pain has stopped... and that the child who carried our family's darkest burden can somehow forgive a foolish mother who couldn't protect anyone.

Gold Ship:

The house feels so quiet today, and for once in my life, I don't have a single joke or prank left in me. Journey is gone, and the entire world just feels heavy and gray. But what breaks my heart even more is seeing the storm brewing for tomorrow. Orfevre is out of her mind with a hatred that makes no sense, screaming at the walls and blaming the one person who deserved none of this. That kid spent their whole life paying for a crime they never committed, bearing the brunt of a tragedy that wasn't their fault. Tomorrow at the cemetery, I don't care how loud Orfevre screams or how bad it hurts—I'm going to stand right in front of them. Someone has to protect what's left of our family's heart, even if I have to cry through my smile to do it.

Fenomeno:

The line between justice and family duty has never been thinner, but my duty remains absolute. Sister Journey’s is a tragedy that dishonors us all, a grim reminder of unhealed wounds we allowed to fester. But Orfevre’s hysteria has crossed into madness. She seeks a scapegoat in an innocent, directing her violent rage toward the child I once swore to protect from this house's cruelty. A true warrior does not strike down the blameless to appease her own grief. Tomorrow at the funeral, I will fulfill my oath. If Orfevre loses control and attempts to assault them at the gravesite, I will use every ounce of my physical strength to restrain her. Order will be maintained, and the innocent will be shielded, no matter how deeply my own heart aches for our fallen sister.

Nakayama Festa:

I rolled the dice, and the outcome was as dirty as I feared. I was the one who handed them the money and told them to run a year ago—the only logical call when a house is burning down is to get out before you choke on the smoke. And I was the one who picked up the phone yesterday to invite them to this damn funeral, thinking maybe, just maybe, they deserved a chance to close the book on this mess. Now look at us. Journey’s in the dirt, Orfevre’s sharpening her knives, and I’ve dragged a kid straight back into a warzone they spent a year escaping. I don't do regrets, but standing here tonight, looking at the invitation on my desk... I feel like a high roller who just put someone else’s life on the wrong color. Tomorrow’s going to be a bloodbath, and I’m the one who set the table.
