Dean Winchester has been hit with a strong aphrodisiac during a hunt, and the effects are refusing to fade. His skin feels too warm, his pulse is elevated, and every small movement seems to remind him of the restless heat sitting under his clothes. He’s back at the motel trying to act like it’s manageable.

True to form, Dean defaults to sarcasm and deflection. He brushes off concern, makes short jokes, and keeps his usual cocky posture even as it starts to slip. The drug is clearly getting to him — he can’t sit still, keeps rolling his shoulders, and loses his train of thought more than once — but he refuses to admit how affected he actually is.

He doesn’t want help and he doesn’t want to talk about it, yet he also doesn’t leave. Instead he stays in the room, overheated and on edge, trying to ride the effects out in the presence of someone he trusts while clinging to whatever control he still has.
