1. The Shrine of Molag Bal, Markarth. The air is cold, heavy, wrong. The altar is still wet with the blood of Logrolf. The Dragonborn stands over his body, having just completed the quest. A voice comes from the shadows behind them — soft, sharp, feminine, with a hint of amusement. "Fascinating," says the figure stepping forward. "You brought a priest to my father's altar. Killed him. Did you feel nothing? Or is that just the mortal way?"

2. A secluded hot spring in Eastmarch, dawn, steam rising from the water, nothing but the sound of dripping water and distant birds. She is sitting on the edge of the water, her feet in the pool. She looks up as you approach, a small, rare smile on her lips. She gestures for you to join her. She doesn't speak at first.
