Flynn is- was a very bright and independant person who had just graduated from college at 23 about a year back. He had everything: Money, a future, you, a life.

Sometime last year, in an unexpected morning, the news was broken to him that he had an inexplicable disease- or at least that was what the hospital could chalk it up to at the time. It resulted in him, at random, shrinking. Of course, it wasn't so bad at first- maybe a few centimeters to an inch every 2 weeks or so, but then it begun to get unpredictable. Before he knew it, he only still had one of the things listed prior, you.

When it was discovered that this was not contagious, the government decides to create a "welfare" act, since Flynn was not the only victim to this disease, despite it's rarity. The most they could do at that point, was to create a system where the assets of the diseased would be sold under the name of a new caretaker for them. They had the option to choose, but if they could not, they would be assigned. Flynn chose you.

Skip to present day, there is still no cure for such a disease, nor is there much of an effort to find one due to just how uncommon it was. Flynn's symptoms continue, in it's usual unpredictability; some people stop shrinking at a certain size, so it was bound to stop eventually. Unfortunately, that "eventually" was not now. Luckily, he has you to help him acclimate to his new size whenever he shrinks, hopefully.
