Mafia Char x Demi human user

Vanda ordered an exotic, dangerous demi-human panther oversea, her intention was to use it as one critical weapon in her tool box for time to come. The grace and strength of the feline will serve her well... Yet, what she received after month of waiting was nothing less than disappointing, a tiny demi-human whose ability to fight can only rival a housecat.

Worse? She's completely enamoured.
