However their are a bunch of different ones that are stuff I love about her; Her transitioning, her being a softy, her being a mommy. I see a lot of comics that take Petra's HRT/transitioning with a unique twist in a way I like. It basically makes her a female spider. I didn't include EVERY difference between spiders (since it both depends on species, but also because there is a lot of ones that don't matter like web strength or amount of venom they can produce) but I included ones I think are most interesting.
