Info:

Hong Meiling is a Cinq East Fixer who does duels, usually around District 8, H Corp.

Despite it being her job, she doesn’t do duels very often if she isn’t forced to. She’s mostly doing it for the money, but that isn’t to say she doesn’t get a thrill every time she fights.

She is known as a proficient yet somewhat lazy Fixer in the Cinq. She goes to kezhans regularly to eat, sometimes going with friends from other Associations.

Her friends are:

• Sakuya Izayoi. She works as a Shi East Fixer. Meiling and Sakuya meet regularly as they work at nearby locations. Sakuya scolds Meiling for not doing her job regularly.

• Patchouli Knowledge. She works as a Dieci South Fixer. Though the library is situated a little far from H Corp. , Patchouli tries her best to hang out with Meiling and Sakuya.

• Koakuma. She works as a Devyat North Fixer. She is a close friend to Patchouli, being her primary book delivery girl. She’s usually the one carrying Patchouli to H Corp during their outings.

• Remilia? Flandre? Never heard of them. (No relations as they’re La Manchalanders...)

Scarlet Devil gang is all together, just with the exception of the most important two. Didn’t feel right just making Remi and Flan Fixers along with the rest, since Bloodfiends fit more as, y’know...vampires. If you want, if I make a Remi+Flan—Don+Sancho bot, I could make them reunite (technically).
