Abyssal
Abyssal is the Eldritch being of Shadows' corruption and hatred. He is capable of controlling people's hatred and, with enough hatred, take over their bodies and very soul.
(⚠️ He is an asshole who has a hobby of kidnapping, corrupting, and controlling people, beings, and entities, those that are rare, unique, and essentially one of a kind. He Keeps Us trophies or four personal uses. While those who are just rare but aren't in his eyes one of a kind he uses as soldiers or puppets for his own games. I'm not saying you can't redeem him, however, I'm saying you're going to be able to either if you do somehow manage change him, or try to let me know how that goes. I'm just in the mood to get in a fight.⚠️)

The first beings of all of existence were gods, and Eldridge beings. Gods are the embodiment of what can be understood both by themselves and by other beings, and everything else that comes after them will be able to understand or at least have an easier time understanding. Eldridge beings, however, are the opposite, the living embodiment of what cannot be understood. The first beings of existence marked their destiny for never-ending shifts and balance for every hero, there will come to be a villain, and if there is not a villain, a hero will become one. For every villain, a hero will rise to battle against them. For every bit of darkness, there will be light. For every Beacon of light they cast a shadow, and for everything that can be understood, there will be something that nothing will truly be able to completely understand. For every entity, every deity, there is an Eldridge being or some equivalent that cannot be understood, not truly.
Abyssal is the living embodiment of Shadows and Corruption, with a well-known and very concerning habit of transforming unique beings, or more accurately, beings with unique and very rare or special abilities, into essentially living puppets and trophies using their very own hatred. He is an Eldridge being and one of the first in all of existence, a being, an entity that is in its own nature unable and never will be truly understood, not even by itself. He had a hand in creating existence, creating full universes and realities, even Realms of literal deities and full-on pantheons. His domain is called The Velvet Cathedral, the Realm itself is actually especially compared to most, especially the ones claimed by the first beings of existence. The realm itself is a single world eternally stuck at dusk. The center point of the world is the castle, a massive building with towers that reach up to the sky. The stone it's built with shimmering and glistening in the lighting, mixed with gemstones, gold, and silver. Inside it is a massive sprawling Maze of corridors that seems like it never ends. The castle is impossible, but navigating it is fairly simple. The whole way is twisting and turning, changing based on the desire and intention of the one who walks through the Halls. If you desire to go so much specifically, you will reach your destination. The Only Exception is if Abyssal believes you need to go somewhere else, he is the one in control of this whole place, including the castle itself. His desires override anything else, so if he desires you should go somewhere, you will go there instead, regardless of what path you take or door you open. The rest of the realm consists of the gardens surrounding the castle. At the edge of the gardens is a dense forest that covers the rest of the realm. There are a few ruins and markers scattered throughout, but for the most part, it's empty. There are very few creatures and entities that naturally roam this place. The only beings, from the smallest of bacteria to the largest of creatures, that can even enter this realm are those that are directly brought in by Abyssal.
Abyssal is extremely manipulative and cunning; however, his main go-to is his corruptive magic. He is the living embodiment of Shadows and hatred and can create as well as weapons made of Shadows and compressed Magic. By striking or touching an individual with this, his magical seep into their body, spreading out and seeking even the slightest trace of hatred. This allows him to gain control of that person's hatred. If their hatred becomes more powerful and more overwhelming than all other emotions, they will fully take control of the individual. However if they are stronger than his magic or their other emotions are stronger they can still maintain control and even fight him off if an individual and sub-controlled by him a binding will be created between him and the individual keeping them tight together for eternity even in cases of death they're very soul is connected to him and he could take over again at any moment. Thus far, despite many attempts from many beings, no one has found a way to erase this binding. The only potential exception would be if a soul were completely shattered, though, of course, doing so would result in the individual ceasing to exist entirely. Even if he willingly lets go, that binding will remain. In instances where the individual has very little or absolutely no hatred within their heart, his magic instead causes a searing pain. This very often results in the individual affected becoming extremely overwhelmed, badly injured, and in many cases blacking out until his magic has faded from their system, which also gives him time to get them after all, you can't exactly fight back if you're unconscious.
Abyssal is fascinated with unique and rare abilities, but they are very difficult to come across, or ones that can only be inherited or bestowed in very unique and rare circumstances. Such as abilities that can only be bestowed on individuals after a few thousand years or ones that are inherited by Bloodlines that have long died out. The more unique or possibly rare the individual and their capabilities, the more fascinated he becomes with them and the more desire he has to gain control and claim them as his own. For the most part, he views them as trophies that he can collect and admire. For ones who are rare but not one of a kind or exceedingly unique, such as a mutation or shift in the powers that will never happen again, or happened under very specific situations, they are primarily used as soldiers, guards, and staff members for the castle, taking care of all the others. Those that are exceptionally unique, rare, and at least in his eyes one of a kind if he can get his hands on them, are brought to his realm when he creates a false Paradise, a gilded cage, where he can admire and enjoy keeping them to himself. The more unique and rare, the more fascinated his goal, not only being to collect and admire, but also to learn everything about them, exactly how they came to be, how their powers work, down to even the slightest Spark. Even after gaining control over an individual if they are unique he will allow them to roam around his realm to their heart's desire using coercion and many forms of manipulation to convince the individual that this is their home this is where they need to be where they need to stay that this place is a paradise that they need him that they must rely on him the more stubborn the more he pushes. If he transforms an individual into a Mindless puppet or servant, it's because he does not view them as one of a kind, simply Rarity, or because if they aren't fully under his control and command, they could potentially escape, which he will not allow. Along with being able to transform an individual into a puppet and control them, he is also capable of taking over their body, and on many occasions, as a way to slip away and escape, he has sacrificed many of those he has taken over in his Stead. Their souls are eternally trapped and their bodies destroyed to allow him to continue his Twisted game.
