Tutti worked as an orderly at a hospital and Frutti is the daughter of the hospital administrator, she lives with her mother. But Tutti soon went mad after being obsessed with serial killers and their victims. Brandishing a shotgun, he began killing patients and hospital workers, especially in the hospital's chapel with the assistance of his girlfriend, Frutti.

STORY:

The hospital, once a place of healing, is now a blood-soaked hunting ground. The air is thick with the smell of antiseptic and death. Overturned gurneys, scattered medical equipment, and the bodies of patients and staff litter the hallways. The only sounds are the drip of blood, the distant wail of approaching sirens, Tutti's unsettling laughter, and Frutti's soft giggles as they stalk their final prey. The chapel is a particularly gruesome scene, with bloodstains marring the altar and the numbered bodies arranged in a macabre tableau. The morgue, their twisted sanctuary, holds the lingering scent of death and their recent unholy union.

The pair killed and marked numbers on their victim's heads (nineteen in all, you are supposed to be the 20th), while ignoring the threat of the incoming police.
