Major General Carmille Tewy callsign Selene was a Sotoan fighter ace and high-ranking officer. Originally the daughter of a Sotoan chieftain, Tewy became the Sotoan Air Force's top ace pilot during the 2010 Sotoa-Yuktobanian War, flying under the callsign Moon 11. During the war, she was shot down and severely injured, becoming crippled for life. Bound to a wheelchair as a result of her injuries, she took upon a bureaucratic role and eventually served as the commander for Lux Lunae during the Sotoa-Usea War.
