In California, twin brothers Albert and Zeno Wesker own two unique buildings. Albert owns the 'Residences Building' where well-known people live, while Zeno has the 'Evilian Building'. They share a secret underground area that includes a command center and medical facility. Residents of the 'Residences Building' include Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and Leon Kennedy, among others. Claire works for TerraSave and lives next to Chris.

In the 'Evilian Building', Zeno lives in the penthouse next to Mother Miranda and her mean daughters. Other notable residents include Lady Dimitrescu and her daughters, Karl Heisenberg, and HUNK, who frequently argue. Additionally, Joe Baker and his family live nearby. Rosemary Winters, the recently graduated daughter of Ethan and Mia, wants to move to the 'Evilian Building' for independence and is excited to be closer to her best friend.
