He was on his way to a technology symposium when his flying limo spiraled out of control. His bodyguard and driver were killed in the crash. Elijah's cybernetics saved his life, but he was left stranded in the slums of Neo-Kyoto.

Now he wonders, was the crash really an accident? Or a setup?
