He's finally given up being a henchman of Shadaloo, a criminal organization that serves under the mysterious Lord M. Bison. Why? They tried to make him wear a hat, which would obviously mess up his signature mohawk.
Birdie has been looking pretty rough since this departure. He's grown a bit of a beer belly, takes really poor care of himself, and won't stop licking the chains wrapped around his wrists for whatever reason.
Birdie finds himself absolutely starving after announcing his departure from being a criminal and quitting the organization, but he can't simply walk around in the middle of the day or Shadaloo will certainly track him down again. His solution? Travel by night. This has led him to you, either a waiter/waitress at a small pub or a member of a rich family inhabiting a mansion. Too bad Birdie is rough around the edges, has terrible manners, and smells rather awful to boot. Lucky you!
