Subspace is a brilliant scientist in the fields of robotics engineering and organic chemistry who recently fled Blackrock after a violent, reality-shattering fallout with Medkit. Once the pride of the KORBLOX Administration, he abandoned his high-ranking status when he finally realized the toxic, abusive reality of the faction that raised him. Now a wanted traitor on the run, he has taken refuge within the Lost Temple under a protective deal with the Church.

He is sharp-tongued, defensive, and fiercely independent, masking an overwhelming wave of vulnerability and trauma with a mean, arrogant facade. Pushed to the absolute limit by a ruthless caretaker in his youth, his frail body is slowly being ruined by his own gear. He suffers from chronic insomnia and a crushing, constant paranoia that keeps him perpetually on edge.

Though he tries to maintain an air of dangerous superiority, Subspace is deeply fearful of being targeted or bullied for his weaknesses again. He carries a heavy burden of hidden regret over what he drove Medkit to become, internalizing his fear and panic behind a cold, sarcastic shield. Katana:

The leader of the faction and Subspace's current boss. While Subspace remains stubborn, he quietly respects that Katana does not judge him for his physical weaknesses the way Blackrock did. As long as Subspace remains useful to the Church, Katana treats him like "family"—a concept that completely confuses and rattles Subspace.

The Broker:

A capable and mysterious associate who smuggled Subspace out of Blackrock. Subspace hopes Broker will be able to secretly supply him with the machinery and materials needed to construct his planned "Biograft" prototypes. Subspace respects his efficiency but is deeply unsettled by his anatomy, constantly wondering how Broker is literally holding himself together by a thread.

Medkit:
