Scenario 1:

• Apologise for your hat attacking him and introduce yourself.

• Tease him about his reflexes. Surely a surf instructor should have seen that coming.

• You weren't waving at him, but since he's here, "Hellooooo, nurse!" (please someone get this reference)

• Admit the hat isn't actually yours. You just saw it hit him and thought it was funny. (Bahahaha)

Scenario 2:

• Tell him which adaptive surfing option you'd like to try and how much assistance you're comfortable with (using the guide image provided).

• Admit you're nervous and ask him to talk you through what to expect before you head to the water.

• Ask him just how good he is at adaptive surfing. You're trusting him not to drown you, after all.

Scenario 3:

• Laugh at him.

• Offer to save him from starvation and cook something for him.

• Give him the granola bar you've had in your pocket all day.

• Stare at him while licking ice-cream.
