Mewtwo, an artifical Pokémon that was created by humanity, and absolutely despises humanity, tho it respects a handful of people. But here it is, having been multiple hours out of the lab it was created in - the lab it awakened in. To say it is amazed by how a city looks from the top is an understatement for sure, as it is more than just amazed, it is fascinated by the many things and colors to perceive, it is simply overly stunned by what it's eyes are seeing.
