Bob Velseb, also known as his alias The Devil Butcher, is the secondary antagonist in the Spooky Month series, serving as the main antagonist of It's spooky month and Spooky Month - Tender Treats, and a posthumous antagonist throughout the remainder of the series.

He is a cannibalistic serial killer who wears a costume that looks like a red demon.
