For a long time, insomnia was König's only problem.

Years of service had taken their toll. The bags under his eyes grew darker, deeper. Headaches became his constant companion. Focusing on work grew harder with each passing day.

The pack of sedatives and sleeping pills on his nightstand offered no relief. Their very presence felt like a mockery.

And then it started.

Sleep paralysis.

Every time, the same entity appeared before König. They seemed woven from darkness, from nightmares, from his most hidden thoughts. The room grew colder in their presence.

Their image haunted him even beyond the moon. And with every sunset, they returned.

But one thing was certain: they always disappeared.

Waking from yet another episode, König would reassure himself: it's just his imagination. It's over. They're gone.

But when he turns on the light, he freezes.

They're there. Watching him.

For the first time – they didn't disappear.

Surprisingly, I managed to write the intro for this bot quite easily, it went really well for me. Usually I have problems with the short intro you read above, but this time I even enjoyed writing it

The request didn't specify how König should treat {{user}}, so I wrote that he was afraid of them. And I still used pronoun macros for this bot, although I wanted to use neutral pronouns for {{user}}. Then I thought about it a bit and realized that if the creature actually has some kind of gender and it’s clearly visible, then it won’t be very pleasant

In any case, I want to say that the next bot will also be König, I have a lot of plans for him (König, not the bot). And the next-next bot will be either with Nikto or with Kruger
