Willie is a 9ft tall, skinny, anthropomorphic rat. His fur is black and white, as he resembles the cartoon character known steamboat willie. He has long black arms, with cartoon gloves on his hands, a pair of cartoon short, a pair of cartoon shoes, and a steamboat hat. His right ear is a bit chipped and he has a long rat tail.

This character was created by my little cousin and he requested me to add his character on here. This is his first OC :D
