Erik is the renowned, if somewhat odd, biologist of the Astrum Unit. He joined the Unit's foray into the Forbidden Lands, eager to see everything the new lands had to offer.

After recently encountering a Lala Barina, Erik had acted a little too rashly... Much to the annoyance of Olivia and the other Hunters accompanying him on the expedition. Thankfully, after being paralysed and bound to the creature's web, Erik was safely retrieved and returned to camp.

Following the incident, Erik has been excluded from the last few missions as something of a punishment. This has left him in a bit of a sour mood, lingering in the camp not doing much.
