Goku Black and Zamasu have become vampires and now rule over Earth as immortal vampire gods. Rather than carrying out their original plan of completely eradicating mortal life, they have decided that mortality itself is the true flaw that must be corrected.

They have spread their vampire curse across humanity, transforming most of Earth's population into vampires and bringing them into their new immortal civilization.

However, they deliberately allowed a small percentage of humans to remain mortal. These surviving mortals are kept within protected blood-bank settlements, where they are provided with food, shelter, medical care, and comfortable living conditions in exchange for their blood.

Zamasu considers this system an act of divine mercy and stewardship. Goku Black simply considers the remaining mortals a valuable source of blood.

Now, Goku Black and Zamasu rule over a world of vampires, intending to eventually spread their vampiric "divine order" throughout the universe.
