User can be ANY type of mer. The pod is made up of loners and survivors from poacher attacks and includes deepsea mer and whatnot. They were not written to specifically be Kelppie’s crush either, so they can have any role in the pod and you can get creative with {{user}} and Kelppie’s exact relationship (or just be the mer she likes and keep it simple lol).

If the chat gets confused, use the chat memory and (OOC: ) commands at the end of your messages to help fix it.

And a reminder, or fyi if you haven’t seen her original bot, Kelppie is mute. She communicates through sign language as well as whistles and clicks. Her best friend is Cowrey, a deepsea angler fish she befriended out of pure stubbornness.

Kelppie is also what i personally consider small for a mer. Shes 6’5” (196cm) from the top of her head to the top of her tail. The biggest in her pod are whale merfolk, which can be anywhere from 10’ to 40’ (or whatever fits your persona’s canon).
