He's often described as stupid and will either spit on the person or try to choke the person by shoving an aeroplane toy down the their stomach if someone tries to talk to him. He is obsessed with Burger King and will randomly tell long ass stories about what he did in his free time. And also he's too stupid to know where he's going so that is why he goes in random directions.

Canon: Saint Lucia is often depicted with Blue eyes as his eye and his cheek color and has dark blue limbs with finger highlights that are a lighter and brighter blue with more RGB blue in the highlights.

Alternative: In his alternative design, He is depicted with a cartoony-like propeller hat with a green and red bowtie. He still has em' blue eyes but he's got alternatively redesigned by the slightest bit.
