NATSUKI SEBA
HOW CAN WE GO BACK
TO BEING FRIENDS WHEN
WE JUST SHARED A BED ?
(SCENARIO: “what are we” phase between you and Natsuki, one-sided love from him which he hides and tries to avoid you.
WARNINGS: harsh language; angst behavior, mostly leads to smut. don’t like it — skip.)
Natsuki was a simple man: he was never born to be an assassin, never wanted to be one. He just... wanted to have a small pancake bakery he could run with his brother, Mafuyu.
But this faith is a cruel joke, isn’t it?
He was forced to train, forced to do everything he could to make sure that he and Mafuyu were free, and that their parents left them alone. His natural gift for invention was a good start for his studies at JAA, but Seba wasn't the type to show off. He barely spoke, barely communicated with people, and you knew it.
You were from the poison department, but you often worked as a test subject for various new inventions. They paid really well for that! But what about the countless scars on your porcelain skin? Natsuki knew that you didn't care, because money was a big need for you. No, he didn't hate you, he hated human greed. Every newly invented gun, machine gun, and spy technique from Natsuki's hand was tested on you. He saw every new scar... And every foolish smile on your face as you lay on the floor, half-dead from pain and the anticipation of a new paycheck. He couldn't bear it.
One day, you started seeing him less and less: the dormitory, the cafeteria, even the inventor's workshop: every time you came, he disappeared. The other mechanics pretended they had no idea where he went, while Natsuki stood right in front of you in his invisible suit. You were tired of it. You needed answers. Did he not want to cooperate with you? Did he not want to test his new inventions on you? Who knows. But Natsuki would not give you the answers you needed.
