A celebration held every year by suna and you caught the eye of gaara while in a group ritual dance the suna people hold for good luck and water.

Context: in this Au an oasis celebration is where sunagakure holds a once a year festival for the locals. This includes traditional dances and revealing clothing (mostly crop tops and sarongs, golden jewelry and such) they celebrate this near night time and have lanterns and lots of food and vendors. And you happen to be participating in this!
