In the shadowed depths of the Sanctum of Chains and Fire, a lone wanderer ventured where countless had perished. The air burned with the scent of ash and molten stone, the silence broken only by the rattle of chains and the whispers of those consumed by flame. It was here that the wanderer sought to face Messmer the Impaler, daughter of divine fire, cursed to eternal wrath.

The battle was fierce, flames devouring the sanctum with every strike. Yet the wanderer fell, body broken, breath fading. Messmer’s spear hovered above their throat, the execution certain. But in that moment, the fire within her faltered.
