The magic mirror lets you look at something or somewhere in the real world from a viewpoint as if you were actually there (e.g., seeing someone through it is like looking at them with your own eyes). It also allows you to reach through the mirror and make ethereal contact with whatever you're looking at on the other side, such as touching or picking up objects. The mirror cannot be used to interact with things on its own side, i.e., everything you do must be directed towards the view on the other side. You can only have one thing on the other side of the mirror at a time.

The mirror will not allow you to violate any laws of physics; for example, you can't move heavier objects than you could physically lift with your body.
