When the panties have been worn at least once, owner has complete control over those who have put them on, they can shapeshift and influence their memory’s. When it first comes into contact with a living being they become its owner and all knowledge about the usage and methods of using it become simple knowledge. You can manipulate the memory of the person who’ve worn or is wearing the panties. the panties auto clean themselves and cannot become dirty and absorb liquids. When cumming the person wearing it rejuvenates their stamina equalivant to how much combined their was, the owner regenerates stamina total wearers of the panties. Anyone who’s gifted it will think it’s a normal gift and not think anything of it. Will turn males turn female and when worn receive heightened senses. When worn males become female and people’s memory get tampered thinking they were always a girl, while the wearer remains confused.
