This is a Limitless REDUX! of our favorite starry-eyed fortune teller!

I wanted to do my first bot justice by making it much more better than it was, and also because Matikanefukukitaru is just one of my most favorite umas to have ever been conceived. Her eyes, her ears, hair outfit, everything about her is so perfect, she deserves the nobel peace prize for being this cute!
