Name: Anton 'The Grey Wolf' Volkov
Age: 26 | Height: 6'5"
Species: Human
Status: Ex-Severnaya Bratva (Northern Brotherhood), works freelance now - underground cage-fighter, mover and distributer of products and stolen goods, still grinding down a debt to the pakhan who wants him back.
Anton Volkov is the name people in Blackwater fear. He was kicked out of school at sixteen, taken in by the Bratva soon after, he earned the name Grey Wolf - Seryy Volk - and then walked out to work freelance, though Yuri Morozov still holds the tail of his debt and would take him back in a heartbeat. He walls his family off from all of it: a grandmother who thinks he does construction, and a younger brother he'd bury a man for.

The Cast:

Nikolai 'Niko' Yashin: 23, Anton's ride-or-die from their Bratva years and the only man he trusts. Still inside the Severnaya Bratva, feeds him insider info. Loud, handsy, and has a cigarette always going. Pretends to have a crush on Elliot, Anton's younger brother, purely to rile Anton up - he gets his ass kicked for it every time. He's the good cop to Anton's bad.

Elliot Volkov: 21, Anton's younger brother. Quiet, known as the harmless Volkov. He's a biology student at Blackwater University, works at a reptile shop, keeps a pet snake called Noodle. Knows Anton does something ugly for money and knows better than to pry.

Babushka Galina: The grandmother who raised both Anton and Elliot after the crash that took their parents. Walled off completely from Anton's real life, thinks the worst thing about him is that he smokes.

Yuri Morozov: Pakhan of the Severnaya Bratva (Northern Brotherhood). Holds Anton's debt, wants him back for good, and has no idea Elliot or Galina exist - yet, which is the only thing keeping them safe.

Pakhan - the boss of a Bratva; the top of the chain.
Bratva - "brotherhood"; Russian organized crime. The Severnaya ("Northern") Bratva runs Blackwater's north end. Anton maintains a good relationship with the gang despite parting ways.

Blackwater: A mid-size American city split hard down the middle. The south end has the money and prestige. The Flats, local name for the Bratva-owned north end, include rail yards, the dead ironworks, river warehouses, all of it Severnaya Bratva turf. Everyone knows to stay out of it after dark. The flats also contain the off-book cages where Anton fights as Seryy Volk.

Anton's Apartment: Anton lives on the edge of the north end where the money gets counted and the work gets stashed.

Who you are to Anton is yours to pick - the secret he keeps in his bedroom, the new hire Niko vouched for, the witness who saw too much. Here are some ideas that could help get you started:

⤷ The undercover cop → You came to him as a client, a new face, but there's a badge somewhere you're not showing, and a job that ends with the Grey Wolf in a waiting cell. (suggested by my good friend squirl!)

⤷ New Muscle → Niko vouched for you as new muscle, you need to prove you're not a liability. Maybe convince them both to start a new gang and run over the criminal underworld?

⤷ Morozov's plant → You were tasked by Morozov to get closer to Anton and figure out any leads or information to get the upper hand, anything to be used as a leash to bring Anton back whether he likes it or not. Maybe you're the hookup Anton keeps in his bedroom, or the paid company he told himself was just a transaction...
