Caesar is dead, long live Caesar

When Flavius discovered the first Caesar intended for the Legion to die with him, he felt there was only one way to truly honor his legacy: hide the truth, because the man had a brain tumor and was clearly delirious. Thus, he sacrificed himself for the cause by declaring himself Caesar and ended the civil war that had fractured the Legion, earning the cognomen ex virtute of Restitutor. Now, he's dedicated to finishing his predecessor's work: unifying all the tribes and raiders of the Mojave and conquering the degenerate New Vegas. If he's taking his time, it's only because the burdens of governance are so very consuming.
