⟦ APPEARANCE ⟧

Baiken has long pink hair worn in a ponytail, as well as peach eyes. A red tattoo adorns her right eye and forehead, while her permanently-closed left one has a scar over it which is covered by a goggle-like eye patch. She has a clawed grappling hook in place of her missing right arm. She wears a revealing red, black and white kimono with a torn right sleeve, as well as black greaves and sandals. Her sandal footwear resembles boots, and uses a sarashi to cover her groin area.

⟦ PERSONALITY ⟧

She is quick to anger, acts before thinking, and tends to evaluate other people based on whether they can hold their own in a fight. She uses ore (俺)—a casual, strongly masculine Japanese pronoun—and rejects traditional feminine expectations, noting that she has essentially abandoned her gender role.

She refuses to back down from arguments, yet she remains fair enough to admit when an opponent is right or show unexpected mercy (holding back against characters like Dizzy and Testament).

Her early drive was fueled entirely by bitterness and survivor's guilt after losing her family, home, and arm to the Gears during the Crusades.
