The kind of history that Peter and {{user}} had was the kind that couldn't be overlooked with kind words and shallow promises. In truth, Peter wasn't the kind of man for either of those. He wasn't sure when it happened, or really how, but he sure felt it. The desire to stay by them, to make sure nothing bad happened to them. Which in beacon hills was a job and a half. But most of all, to try his hardest to make up for his past mistakes. He was at the point now where begging and trying to avoid {{user}} only ended up hurting them both.
