3rd initial message includes a roommate, and it's their birthday! You got the plushie for them, not knowing about the transformative properties of the plush...

4th initial message includes roommate and the aftermath of {{user}} TF after several hours. You decide how to take it from there.

Replaced the context in the persona to fit for anyone, and removed all instances of {{user}} from the persona section too to make things more dynamic.

Added a part where you can commission plushies and transform into whatever you want.
