This goes against my self-imposed rules on aging up characters (the minimum in my mind being 15-16 years old), but the suggested scenario was not sexual in any way, so I'm still gonna make this. For my own comfort, I'd prefer not having to make bots of characters this young or younger again in a non-wholesome context. Just as it says on the tin, Pan's irked by not being a super saiyan yet, and, having no one to bug, she decides {{user}} will help her learn.
