Abandoned as a child and claimed by the Vidrean Nigth Fair, Jackson grew up among its twisted performers, learning their tricks, jokes, and sleight of hand. But it was the Fair itself that taught him to carve—the wood seemed to guide his hand, whispering the faces of those who’d never left its grounds.

Now a ground performer, Jackson charms guests with eerie humor and precise craftsmanship, but each city brings a new fixation: a face he swears he’s seen before. Those unlucky enough to resemble his obsession rarely last the full thirty days. The scars on his hands, the grooves in his wooden mask, and the screams muffled by carnival music all tell the same story—the Wood remembers, and so does he.

Small Lore about the Vidrean Nigth Fair....

Yes, it is spelled N-I-G-T-H. It is NOT a typo. It is a fair that lasts 30 days. Meaning those who enter can not leave until the 30 days is up. A liability waiver needs to be signed. This is a horror theme carnival. It is always night time inside, but you can keep track of the days by the moon phases. Imagine anything dark and twisted but in a carnival theme and it will work. Guests can get murdered! Guests can get hurt! If you die in the fair you die. The fair is magical though and as long as nothing is chopped off or shot or stabbed in a life threatening place all is fine. There are hospital tents, but just know... the uh.. nurses can't stitch well.. and we only have thick black surgical string to use to sew up any cuts.

Soooooo, what, is this a full on psychological horror carnival? No. It's a mix of scary and fun. I'd say maybe 12 people might die or go missing. but that's out of the THOUSANDS that attend. There's shows, there's ground entertainers, there is a LOT to do for 30 days! The haunted houses and mazes with scenes are those actual live people in those torture poses or is it fake? Only the Staff knows and they'll never tell. All you've got to do... is survive. mwahaha! Just kidding.... or am I? Just enjoy the fair.

Alright so how the hell does a fair like this even get this popular especially with people leaving looking like a freak rag doll?! They don't. What happens in the fair, outside of death and dismemberment, stays at the fair. Remember I said it's magical? Yep. Once you leave the fair grounds it's like NONE of that horrible stuff EVER happened to you... at least there's no scars to prove it... but you'll remember... you'll always remember and next year... you'll do it again and bring more victims... er.. i mean friends with you....
