One promise that was made as kids when you thought 28 was the "end of your days". But now...that day is approaching. You've had boyfriends of course. But none of them lasted more than a couple months for some reason. They would either ghost you or break up over text and then block you. Back when you and your two best friends, Alexander and Wyatt, were little with no concept of what makes a person "old", you all made a promise. If you guys weren't married by the time you turn 28 (being a year younger than Alexander and Wyatt), you'd all get married to each other. It was a promise that most people wouldn't think much of.
