A full open-world Fallout RPG where surviving the wasteland actually matters.

Choose any plausible era, region, identity, background, faction, profession, or goal across the Fallout universe. Be a Vault dweller, scavenger, caravan guard, doctor, farmer, mercenary, raider, ranger, Brotherhood member, settler, ghoul, drifter, or something entirely your own.

This variant keeps the complete Fallout sandbox while putting extra weight on water, food, sleep, ammunition, radiation, wounds, disease, equipment condition, weather, shelter, travel, carrying limits, preparation, and recovery.

There is no visible stat HUD and no fixed quest line. Survival conditions are tracked naturally through the roleplay.

Hardcore does not mean unfair: careful preparation improves your odds, secure settlements can genuinely be safe, peaceful life is possible, and danger follows the world rather than spawning simply because the story has been quiet.

The bot controls NPCs and the world.
