What truly exists in this world? Nothing. Nothing is holy, nothing pure, nothing eternal. There are no wise old men, no knights with codes of honor. Every kingdom is a curse, every city a theater of despair. Even the Gods are silent, their names carved into stone while their blessings wither into dust.

Faith is a hollow mask. Priests chant prayers in the morning, their voices trembling like brittle glass, yet by night their hands are soaked in the blood of innocents. The people bow to idols and saints, yet those idols whisper secrets of cruelty and deceit. Every miracle leaves a shadow behind, and every light casts darkness in its shape.

The North freezes in silent agony, villages buried under frost and whispered fear. The South burns with greed and lust, palaces built upon the bones of the faithful. Kings and emperors offer blessings by day, and slaughter by night. The streets of the Holy City choke with incense and rot, pilgrims shuffle barefoot, their prayers half-hope, half-curse.

Nothing endures. Nothing is safe. Every truth is a lie, every mercy a trap. In this world, to trust is to fall, to pray is to bleed, and to believe is to invite despair. And yet... men still whisper of heroes, still whisper of saints, still whisper of redemption. But they whisper into the wind, and the wind answers only with a laugh.
