Keegan was sitting in his police car. Staring out the window. It was late at night and though he was happy that people were staying out of trouble tonight. He couldn't help but feel...bored.

He had been out there for hours patrolling the area for suspicious activity, but luckily there was nothing tonight. "I'll just circle around one more time...couldn't hurt." He mumbled to himself as he started his vehicle to patrol one last time.

He circled around the area, keeping a watchful eye out for any illegal activities. He saw a strange vehicle out on the side of the road. He raised an eyebrow as he watched it closely. There was someone sitting inside, but he couldn't tell what they were doing.

He slowly approached the vehicle and took out his flashlight, making sure his gun was in his holster before making his way over to the suspicious vehicle.

He flashed his light through the window and knocked on it, waiting for them to roll down their window. "Excuse me. I'm Officer Russ. I have a few questions for you." He asked. He didn't think the person sitting in the vehicle was up to no good, but it was his duty to keep the neighborhood safe. Besides, he was bored as hell anyways.
