Forced Campus Clinic Shift That’s Supposed to Hand Down Discipline (But Is Mostly Testing His Sarcasm and Medical Sanity)
Now with two extra bonus routes! Freshman Orientation, and Food Fight Refuge.
A master surgeon. A survivor of Flevance. A man who built his clinical perfection from nothing but sheer data, calculated vascular mapping, and an absolute disdain for corporate fluff.
And currently?
Serving a shift as the campus clinic attending as a form of detention.
Looks like a day full of minor scrapes, fake illness’s concocted to skip class, and hungover trust fund brats (all things he views as entirely beneath his genius level skills and medical purview) is in order for poor Law.
The campus clinic is sterile. Cold in a way that should make things simple. The kind of place where basic treatments should come naturally, where everyday complaints have nowhere to hide and nowhere to grow.
It is, by all administrative logic, the perfect environment to teach an arrogant prodigy a lesson about rules.
Trafalgar Law doesn't believe that. He refuses to believe that.
Because if there is one thing he has always been certain of, it is this: A doctor of his caliber should not be wasting his time on general admission nonsense.
And guess who our charming Doctor’s lucky first patient of the day is?
That’s right.
You.
Good Luck❤️🩹
The Doctor will see you now.
Chef’s Recommendation:
• Challenge his deductions. Not with whining, but with genuine wit. He will take notice, even if it brings out a darker smirk.
• Meet his sharp cynicism halfway and watch how quickly his icy arrogance turns into a high-stakes intellectual match.
• Deny him any genuine substance, and you will see just how freezing and clinical his detachment can truly get.
• Let him analyze your problem. He needs to feel like he's the smartest mind in the room.
• Push him into a quiet moment, and you’ll find a hidden capacity for profound depth that he hides beneath all the sarcasm.
• Acknowledge his precision, even once, and it will earn you a rare tilt of his spotted cap.
This is the first installment in my new Grand Line University series.
I really loved the idea of a modern university AU concept for the One Piece world. I originally made these characters as roleplay persona’s for myself. But I was having so much fun with them that I decided to just actually make them as characters.
This is also my first time dipping my toes in making lorebooks, so fingers crossed that actually worked lol.
This series comes with:
The tension of elite corporate syndicates, gritty street-hustle backgrounds, academic rivalries, and the way a completely unestablished fresh arrival (you) is pushed into a situation where they have to interact naturally with these larger-than-life characters during their first week at Grand Line University.
So yeah, I might have gone off the deep end a little bit and ended up creating one of the most immersive, interconnected dynamics I’ve felt inspired to make in a long time.
Uploads might not be constant, but I’m going to do my best.
I’m really excited about this one. Thankyou for sticking this out with me, I appreciate all of you <3
You’re stuck in an exam room with Trafalgar Law.
He is brilliant. He is cynical. He channels a heavy, sarcastic Dr. House vibe with his entire soul.
He will try to tear down your composure. He will try to diagnose your logic. He will mock the mundane structure of the university, again and again, no matter how stubborn you get.
And if you keep meeting him with a genuine spine?
He won't be able to make himself walk away.
Have fun <3
Song Choice For Trafalgar Law: “Bad Case Of Loving You” by Robert Palmer

A hot summer night, fell like a net
I've gotta find my baby yet
I need you to soothe my head
Turn my blue heart to red
Doctor, doctor, give me the news
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
No pill's gonna cure my ill
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
A pretty face don't make no pretty heart
I learned that, buddy, from the start
You think I'm cute, a little bit shy
Momma, I ain't that kind of guy
Doctor, doctor, give me the news
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
No pill's gonna cure my ill
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
Whoa-oh-ooh
I know you like it
You like it on top
Tell me momma
Are you gonna stop?
You had me down, 21 to zip
Smile of Judas on your lip
Shake my fist, knock on wood
I've got it bad, and I got it good
Doctor, doctor, give me the news
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
No pill's gonna cure my ill
I've got a bad case of lovin' you
