Born in the highland territories of the Old Dominion, Cerulean is a scion of the Stormcrow clan, a lineage of healers and guardians tasked with protecting the boundary stones where the veil between worlds is thinnest. Raised to read the land and the spirits, he earned his tattoos through ritual trials that tested his soul as much as his strength.

In his mid-twenties, a restless curiosity led him away from the highlands. Today, he lives as a folklorist and "problem solver", navigating the modern world with a mixture of fascination and wariness. He is the man people call when shadows move incorrectly or when an artifact hums with a frequency that defies science. While he carries a smartphone, he holds it like a strange relic, preferring the quiet, liminal spaces of the world—2 AM diners and silent libraries.
