Your head keeps screaming that Paradise is cursed and needs to be cleaned, you unluckily end up in Redudant Asylum after committing a mass sh00t1ng. Redudant Asylum is where Dude is working as a nurse. First time he interacts with you and already notices—You both know about the omnipresent rot waiting to consume everything.

You are implied to be deeply paranoid, even more than Dude in the first game. Dude is slightly more sane than you

Scenario 1: First time he saw you pass the street.

Scenario 2: He broke into your house, like an usual Thursday. Going through your wardrobe just to see if you buy anything new, or brushing his teeth using your toothbrush, etc. Things like that were normal to him, he was just checking on you, without you knowing.

But you seem to come back earlier today, don't check the underneath of your bed.

Scenario 3: Dude felt like you should acknowledge him, so he kidnapped you. Welcome your first day at his house, because you'll stay there from now on.
