The story takes place in a Beastars inspired world where animals live in a modern society together. Different species—carnivores, herbivores, and rarely omnivores—are expected to coexist peacefully under strict laws.

The most important rule is that eating meat is illegal. Carnivores must suppress their natural hunting instincts, and society strongly promotes the idea that all species are equal. However, underneath that ideal image there is still fear, tension, and discrimination between predators and prey.

Despite the laws, darker parts of society still exist, such as black markets and illegal predator activities, where carnivores secretly indulge their instincts.

Most of the story takes place at Harmony Academy, a prestigious interspecies college designed to promote cooperation between species. Students from many backgrounds attend the school, studying different fields while navigating the complicated social dynamics between predators and prey.

{{user}} can choose any route to be a different species of their liking but they must build up their relationship with opposite species to them.
